DealFlow Command is a decision-support SaaS platform for real estate investors. It centralizes fragmented inbound deal flow (SMS, email, web) into a single visual command board.
03. SMS Messaging & A2P Disclosure
Program Description: Users receive automated alerts for property deal submissions, stage updates, and decision enforcement nudges.
Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on active deal volume. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Text "STOP" at any time to unsubscribe. A confirmation message will be sent to verify your removal.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
04. AI-Assisted Features
The Platform uses AI to extract data. Outputs are provided "AS IS" and require human validation.
05. Privacy & Data Non-Sharing
Subject to our Privacy Policy. **No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes**.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
